Return Eligibility
At JustJulie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@justjulie.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@justjulie.com. We will:
- Arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Provide a full refund if you prefer.
Exceptions to the Policy
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized items that have been customized for you.
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or promotional event may have specific return restrictions, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
